You can check out our returns policy by looking under Corporate Information at the bottom of the page. Simply however, Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at returns@lupinandlamby.co.uk including the reason for the return and (if applicable) pictures of any faults or damage. 

Once we have confirmed that the item is legible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 working days.

If you are worried about your dog's health or welfare, contact your local vet and arrange an appointment if necessary

They must be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging

We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food or treats. 

At Lupin&Lamby, the majority of our products are environmentally friendly, however a minority of our products are not yet eco-friendly. We aim to decrease this number in the near future.

We offer free delivery throughout the majority of Mainland UK across every item on the store with a minimum spend of £50. Orders under £50 will require a £5.99 delivery cost. Additional surcharges may apply to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight an the Channel Islands.
